A Sprint is usually four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger platforms run in staged deliveries so something useful ships every few weeks. A Marathon starts within a week and runs continuously from there.

Almost always. We integrate with the tools you already run rather than replacing them, and we are comfortable embedding alongside in-house engineers or designers. Everything we build is documented and handed over so your team can maintain it.
