We run. You don't have to.

Spoken “runningAlways lowercaseTrading name: Runnn

Everything here is yours to use. Download it, copy it, paste it into whatever you are making. You should never have to ask anyone for a file on this page.

The idea

Running means two things, and the studio is both of them.

We run

We sprint, we do it for you, you don’t have to. Six disciplines under one roof and nothing handed to a third party.

We keep it running

We build it, then we operate it, month after month. The retainer isn’t an add-on, it’s the second half of the name.

Why three n’s. runnn + .ing is what makes the domain read as the word. The extra n’s aren’t a typo to apologise for. They’re the same letter caught three times mid‑stride. A motion trail, spelled. That is why the mark is literally those letters, leaned eight degrees forward with the trail fading behind the direction of travel.

The rule

Green means it’s running.

The period in runnn.ing is a status light. That single rule ties the logo, the product UI and the status page together, and it only works because we spend it nowhere else.

Do

  • Live, working, up, shipped, on.
  • A running timer, a passing build, a paid invoice.
  • Grey it out the moment the thing stops, including the period in the logo.

Don’t

  • Green buttons, green headings, green charts.
  • Green because a slide needed some colour.
  • A second green element beside the logo. The dot is the green.

The incident page is this rule and nothing else: with the dot gone grey.

Logos

Ten files. Take the one that fits.

Drawn as geometric monoline paths rather than set in a typeface, so nothing depends on a font licence and every file scales to any size. SVG first; PNG is there for whatever cannot take an SVG.

One colour, runnn.ing

One colour

Trail is solid. Foil, engraving and embroidery cannot hold opacity. Inherits the colour around it.

App icon, runnn.ing

App icon

App stores, PWA manifest, anywhere that wants a square.

Favicon, small sizes, runnn.ing

Favicon, small sizes

16 to 24px. One stride and the dot, because the trail turns to mush below 24px.

The whole kit

Every logo, both themes, SVG and PNG, plus the written guide.

The written guide is online too, if you want the long version: BRAND.md.

Using them

  • The wordmark is the logo. The mark is shorthand for places the name is already present: an avatar, a favicon, the panel rail. Don’t lead with it.
  • Clear space on all sides is the height of one n. Nothing sits inside that.
  • Minimum size is 90 px wide on screen and 24 mm in print. Below 24 px square, use the small favicon, because the trail turns to mush.
  • One colour versions have a solid trail. Foil, engraving and embroidery cannot hold opacity, so don’t send them the standard file.
  • Never retype the name in a system font as a stand-in, recolour the period to anything but Runnn Green (or grey, when down), stretch it, outline it, or put it on a busy photograph without the reversed version.

Motion

The brand owns exactly one animation: the three n’s arrive left to right over about a quarter‑second, trailing edge first, as if the word ran onto the page. Once per page load, on the header. Never looped, because a wordmark that keeps re-entering reads as a broken asset. It played at the top of this page.

Services

Every service is a verb in the present continuous.

Nothing here is finished. It’s all still going. A new service is just a new -ing word, so the system scales without a meeting. Use these names exactly; don’t reintroduce the old ones.

Thinking

was AI Services

Models, agents and copilots that do the work, not the talking.

Building

was Software Development

Platforms, apps, and the plumbing underneath them.

Drawing

was UI/UX Design

Interfaces people actually get through.

Shooting

was Media Production

Film, motion and stills that carry the brand.

Keeping

was Automation Retainers

Your ops automated, then kept alive, month to month.

Housing

was Local AI Projects

AI on your own hardware. Nothing leaves the building.

Keeping owns the green. It is the service that keeps the dot green, so it gets the brand colour. That is the argument for the retainer, not a decorative choice.

Domains

The .ing keeps paying out.

Each of these reads as a phrase and is a real page. Wildcard DNS on the root and they cost nothing extra.

Type

Geometric for display, plain for reading.

The logotype is geometric monoline, so the display face shares its construction: single‑storey g, circular bowls. Body text is plainer on purpose: it has to hold at 14px and shouldn’t compete.

Display · PoppinsWe run. You don’t have to.
Body · InterSix disciplines under one roof, built and then kept running.

General Sans or Circular substitute for Poppins if licensed. Both share the construction the logotype is built from.

The name is a verb. Write like it.
